I'm 18 days without a cigarette today thanks to Dr. Fred Lisanti. I Have smoked for 34 years & never thought I had a chance of putting them down. I had gotten over a cold but I couldn't shake an awful cough for weeks so I took my girlfriend's suggestion & went to see Dr. Lisanti. At the consultation / first session he explained to me that there was a solution & he could help me. After today I have been to 6 sessions.& I can't believe we are doing it. I'm telling all my friends about my success with Dr. Lisanti & I would highly recommend him to anyone who is willing to take the first step to a healthier lifestyle. I plan on following up on this testimonial as we continue on this smoke free journey.

Dr.Lisanti's integrative, holistic approach has helped me to recognize my own body's intelligence and proclivity to health, and provided the tools and motivation to remove obstacles limiting my health, including smoking and poor dietary choices. So instead of looking for healing from external sources, I am learning to uncover it within myself! I've never felt better.

Dr. Lisanti is a patient listener and always willing to explain and
answer my questions, and because of this, I have come to understand my relationship to my health in a new way that has transformed my life. His kindness and genuine concern are unmatched in my doctor-patient experiences.
