I had a good experience here. I'm skeptical of urgent care medical centers, but I had a bad sore throat and couldn't get an appointment with my regular IMA doctor, so I decided to try it. At 9AM on a Monday, I was only one of two patients and was seen within 5 minutes. Contrary to the review from 3 years ago, the office was nice and clean.The woman at the front desk was less than friendly, but my nurse was very sweet and listened to me describe all of my symptoms before she started taking vitals. My doctor was Dr. Ibrahim, who was also very nice and thorough. My visit was successful. I eventually made an appointment with my regular doctor later in the week, and felt totally rushed there - honestly, the urgent care experience was better. I'd go there again if I had to.

THIS PLACE ONLY CARES ABOUT GETTING THERE OFFICE VISIT MONEY. WENT FOR SORE THROAT/COLD WAS PRESCRIBED ANTI BIOTIC WHICH DID NOT HELP AFTER 4 DAYS. CALLED BACK TO GET DIFFERENT ANTI BIOTIC AND WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO COME IN. WHEN I WAS JUST THERE.. THEY WANT ME TO COME IN SO THEY CAN CHARGE ME OFFICE VISIT AND BILL MY INSURANCE AGAIN WHICH PROVES TO ME THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE PATIENTS JUST THEIR MONEY. THERE ARE OTHER EMERGENCY WALK INS AVOID THIS ONE

This place is filthy. The floors look they have not been stripped and waxed since they opened. The vents in the exam room are filled with dust. The heavy set brown haired woman and I use the word woman loosely; is very rude and unpleasant. Although she complained she is always here late and how rediculous it is I think that with the economy like it is they can find someone with patient experience being the number one concern. On the upside the receptionist is sweet and smiles all the time. When you speak to her she looks you in the face when you are talking and gives direct and honest answers. She does not seem annoyed and displeased with her role in this walk in facility.
