My Mom has been very sick and Dr. Diano has to come to our home to take care of her. He never, never, never calls us back himself or his office. That's another thing his office staff is absolutely horrible nasty and rude. We have been trying to get him to do blood work for my Mom for one week he never responds to our calls and his office says we will check and call back, still waiting. We have found a new doctor service that comes to our house so hopefully this will work out. Its bad enough my Mom is so sick but that a doctor takes an oath to take care of his patients well,l Dr. Diano does not follow that golden rule. Do not go to his office you have been warned.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There were mistakes were made on my medical Insurance plan ,I was overcharged , Customer care is very low,Dr Diano is very good Doctor but the experience was poor.wating times for each visit totalled 2.5 hours over three visits which is unacceptable on the phone I was put on hold once permantly
