If you're a Power Yoga exerciser, get ready to slow down, shut your eyes and learn more about the yoke of yoga. Now I only went once so far, and yes I still did sweat and felt the exercise in my muscles, however, it was more of a devotion then I was used to. I enjoyed it. Namaste
