The IRMS Center at St. Barnabas is horrible their staff is very rude i have been trying to get a copy of my medical records for more than 5 months and nothing. Everytime i call i get the same answer yes we are going to send them and nothing.The service at this place is horrible everyone is very rude from the receptionist to the Supervisors. I will not be going there no MORE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!!!!

I had my IVF done here in Oct/Nov of 2013. I never had any issues with the front desk. The lab ladies are GREAT and I wish I could take them everywhere I go to get my blood drawn. My nurse was in the Hoboken office but we went to the Livingston office for all of the blood draws and what not but Kim is a great caring nurse. The biggest down fall of this place was Dr. Greenseid but thankfully I see she has left. She had a very nasty attitude and had no clue what she was doing. If you are going here for basic infertility then you should be ok but if you have any major problems, I would recommend going to another clinic. I have high FSH and my husband has some issues as well and Dr. Greenseid had no clue how to handle it and the other doctors just went a long with whatever she said. You would think if the head doc sees what the other doc is doing isn't what's best for the patient they would change up the medicines. Once I went to get my egg transfer done the doctor that isn't in the practice anymore out right lied about my embryo. She showed me a piece of paper that had written on there that my embryo looked great and had no fragmentation but yet when they gave me a pic of it, it had fragmentation in it. Honestly thinking about how things went I would recommend others to look at what the TOP clinics are in the US and going with one of those and avoid going to any other clinics.
