I am so happy I found IPG. I have been seeing my therapist at IPG since the end of 2007, and I've been through many positive life changes since that time. I credit my therapist with helping me achieve so much: I have approached my relationships in new ways, I have advanced in my career, and I have laid to rest the traumas from my past.
When my young daughter had problems adjusting to some sudden life changes, she, too, visited IPG in Jersey City. Children are treated with just as much respect and courtesy as adults.
I don't think you'll find a more caring group of individuals. If you are seeking therapy for any reason, I highly recommend the staff at the Institute for Personal Growth.

I highly recommend IPG to anyone needing counseling. I felt very welcomed and the staff is super friendly. I felt very safe to talk about my issues without the worry of being judged. I felt right at home and at ease. From my experience, I could tell that they really care about dealing with my issues and not about my bank account or how much my insurance company is willing to pay. I recommend them to my friends and anyone looking for high quality counseling.

The therapist at IPG made me comfortable almost right away, I found a place where I could be myself without censure, and really get help coming to terms with trauma from the past. I visited the Jersey City location. I recommend IPG to anyone who asks me if I know someone.
