Instant Passport Photos

Disgrace for the photography.
They are still using old Analog camera which I have never seen before in my entire life. It is the worst quality picture I have ever got.
Wait, did I time travel to 70s?!!
They charged me $20 for 6 photos. Do not go there for photo unless you want pre 70s experience.

RIP OFF!!! WORST PLACE TO TAKE PASSPORT SIZE PICS!!!

I went to get US passport size photographs. Before starting to take the pics, I clearly told the guy (he was in mid 40's from Egypt I guess) at front desk that I needed pics with white background and no shadows. I also handed the instructions sheet I downloaded from internet. After reading that, he said he knew all about it and he sounded customer friendly. When the pics came out, it was dark and with background shadows. I pointed out that it had shadows, he said all his past customer did not have problem and I was the only person finding issues. He was further using the old style analog camera so that you cannot enhance the pic after it was taken. Not sure who in the world would still be using such an old camera and charging higher price!. He was also adamant he would not return the money unless I provided the office rejection letter from the agency saying that the pics are not accepted. I could not get my money back. I gave up the fight with him as he kept on saying that he did not have problem with our customers. I feel he was just plain CHEATING!!!

I strongly recommend not to visit the place for taking passport size photograph or any other service for the matter considering my overall experience. Fortunately, I found another photo shop right opposite the court and it cost me cheaper also (only $19 for eight pics, whereas this guy was charging flat price of $6 for a pair of pics.)
