Carlos extremely professional and knowledgeable in his craft. He spent over 2+ hours going over the entire house from top to bottom. Took his timing making sure everything was examined. Carlos has the latest equipment to look through the walls for those things unseen by the naked eye.
My wife and I had been looking for at least a year and dealt with many inspectors. So I can speak from experience and comparison.
I highly recommend Carlos as an inspector, you won't be sorry.

Carlos was super professional and did a great job with the home inspection. He was super fast too! Had the home inspection at 9:30 am and had a full report with termite inspection by 7 pm that same night. Thanks Carlos!

Carl was a real professional. He spent 3 hours doing a top to bottom inspection of the home we are looking at. He had equipment that allowed him to see behind the walls and through the floors to detect things before they become problems. He explained to me everything he was doing while going through the house and made me feel very comfortable with both his ability as well as his assessments. If you need someone to do your inspection this is your guy!!! Thank you Carl

Carlos went above and beyond. Being an engineer myself, I tried to stay out of his business and this guy definitely knows what he is talking about. He went through every inch of the home and checked all possible problems. He sent me a report that night, along with the termite inspection. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an home inspection.
