I recommended Dr. Andrew Fishman to a co- workers Aunt who was having problems & getting many different diagnoses. She saw Dr Fishman & he was able to diagnose her problem after 1 visit. I received a phone call at work thanking me for referring her to Dr. Fishman & how happy she was that she finally found out what her problem was.. which was not the diagnosis she had been given previously.

My father who is 81 and thankfully has been very healthy and active his entire life had a scare when he could not urinate for several hours. At the time, we didnt know how serious that could be. I called Dr. Fishman who we heard was a top guy in his field. Keep in mind this happened on a major holiday and yet he met us at the westchester medical center and stayed with us for several hours until my father was out of danger and smiling. Dr. Fishman followed up daily and was the quarterback for an eventual procedure that entailed scraping the prostate. Dr. Fishman is not only a passionate and intelligent doctor, but he is a throwback to the days of housecalls and what a real doctor should be.

Dr. Michael Shy is a wonderful caring Urologist. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer.
After my first appointment with him I knew I was in good hands. He is pleasant and patient. He took the time to explain what my options were and answered all my questions. Dr. Shy performed my surgery and now life looks good.
His staff Stephanie and Wendy are kind and caring also. Would highly recommend.
