Excellent customer service.
I have used Innovate Stone Countertops on two occasions and each time they pulled through for me.
I just wish I didn't have to wait for a plumber to come and install fixtures after installation of countertops.

The whole staff is pleasant, had granite installed in kitchen, used Innovate in the past, they had cut a small vanity top for me also. the measuring crew to installers. Class Act all the way around. Kitchen looks Great!

Diogo and Innovate Stones were awesome. I'm impressed with their service and their ability to respond to customer concerns. I got a great price on a countertop and sink, but upon delivery and installation, found out that the wrong sink was ordered & the wrong cut-out made in the countertops. No problem at all -- Diogo guided me through the process, corrected the issue, got the right sink, and even provided a further discount on the total price for the inconvenience. He was responsive to my email requests and was great to deal with. Would definitely do business with Innovate Stones again. Top notch customer service is tough to find these days and these guys do their best to make sure their customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. Thanks!
