This people are a rip off. You get your car a couple of months later, they always lied about when is gonna be ready asking me to call every friday to see if it was gonna be ready. And at the end the boss end up not giving me the $100 he still owe me. Do not bring your car to this place if you dont wanna end up with a headache.

worse shop ever. they dont know how to work in timely manner. they are rude to customers. they took over 60 days to repair my vechile.

Worst experience ever. to this day (my 6th vist here to have a sensor put in. that was missing from the first visit ) i been waiting here for an 1 hour. Customer Service is non existing here. they all blame each other for the mishaps and misunderstandings.... at the end of the day, Me the customer is the one that looses. but did have the time to write this review thanks to all the waiting. ..

Be warned!!! This place blows!!! avoid it at all cost.

My experience with Inner City Automotive was unique. A drunk driver hit my parked car, along with several other vehicles. A tow truck driver responded to the scene & solicited my business & offered to tow the vehicle on the spot. Not what a person wants to walk into 11:30 PM on a Friday night, four days before Christmas. Due the holidays & 2013 NYC winter a few business days were lost (with the insurance agent inspecting the vehicle & parts being delivered on time).

However, the bodywork was completely beautiful. They even threw in a detail due to delay with completion. There were some miscommunication issues but in the end they came threw and resolved the few gripes that I did have.
