Rude, racist and inappropriate are the words to describe this restaurant (and overpriced). If you have any respect for Ethiopian culture, DO NOT eat here.
My husband (who is Ethiopian) and I ate here last night, and Indian music was playing. He asked the woman behind the bar, who happened to be the manager, if they ever played Ethiopian music. He received a long winded explanation of how she shouldn't be forced to listen to Ethiopian music all the time (in an ETHIOPIAN RESTAURANT), and how she also doesn't hire Ethiopian waiters because they are "lazy". She later came back, put her arms around his shoulders from behind (who does that?!) and said "I hope I didn't offend you". He appropriately responded with "you did and don't touch me". The owners should seriously reconsider their hiring decisions!!!

Loved this place! Everything is spot on in terms of flavor and the service is great. In terms of decor and ambiance this is one of the fancier Ethiopian places I've been to, but the food is homey and comforting.

Had a great dinner with 13 people. We were squeezed in but it worked ok. I think groups of 10 or less would work better. The food was delicious and the service was great.

Probably the best service I've had in a very long time. The owners (husband and wife team) made us feel like we were eating a home-cooked meal at an old friend's house. The food was delicious, portions were generous, great music/atmosphere. Highly highly recommended.
