Angela was extremely rude. I purchased the Zettel'z light a few weeks ago and stopped by today because the bulb went out after just a few hours. She was not helpful and overall extremely pretentious. Every comment or question I had was responded to with extreme cattiness and a sense of entitlement; overall the products are, of course, beautiful and some of the sales team has been very helpful, however I will not return as a customer after this experience.
