My HD recently crashed on my iMac and I brought it to ITC for repairs. Everyone was very helpful, professional, and knowledgable from the receptionist to the tech.
HD was replaced within 1 day and I was kept in the loop every step of the way with support tickets. Overall, I was very happy with service provided.
In fact, I ended up having an additional where my a a reinstall disc got stuck in the optical drive the next day. As this had never happened before and I was unaware of this problem, I called them up to see what to do. They asked me to bring it back to double check to make sure it was not en error on their part and when they concluded that it was not, they continued to help me out to remove the stuck disc at no additional charge.
They really wanted to go above and beyond to help me out and it showed. I will be using them again when I have a tech concern.
