ASC has been doing business with IDS for years. Recently, I don't know if they changed management or whatever changes they may have done. Schedules never on time, rescheduling seems to always be an issue and when asked to speak to a supervisor (in a professional manner of course), the person replied as being the manager, named Grant. His reply was that most likely the driver is late therefore they'll come when they have time. Requesting if they can at least try at the end of the day, his reply was "No...Do you want me to lie to you, we are not going." and that the owner was too busy to attend "those type of things".
Most unprofessional "manager"!
