After a poor experience with Inifiniti of Bayside Queens, I was left with a bad taste in my moth and swore I would never get another Inifiniti. Since I still needed service, I decided to give the NYC location a call. They just opened after a big renovation... To make a long story short, they BLEW MY EXPECTATIONS out of the water. William, the manager, IS THE EXCEPTION. He sees problems as opportunities, and truly rolled with it until 1. the problem was solved, and 2, a customer was beyond happy. I could not of asked for more, he blew my mind with the level of service provided. William and Kathy, thank you guys both for not letting poor service be the standard. YOU WON ME BACK!!
