There is no rating low enough on this site. This dealership is the flagship store of poor salesmanship and customer service.

I went into lease a QX50 on 11/11/15 and was given a runaround. They took my $500.00 deposit and was informed when I was there to pick up the car that the deal could not be made under the terms we agreed to. if I was wiling to put down an additional $2,000 the payment would remain as negotiated.

I told them I was not interested and told them to tear up the contract. They proceeded to call me on the last day of November (of course they did not make their sales quota) and told me if I still wanted the car I could have it on the original terms. I told them I was not interested.

I have since made 6 calls to get a credit of the $500 dollars and to this day 12/15/15 I have not received it.

My sales person Rennoy Moore and James Wills were really helpful and professional and got me driving a brand new 2015 q50. Awesome place and great sales service .

I went into Infiniti of Lynbrook to have some questions answered about the QX60 but I worn my economic challenge clothing, so I was not taken seriously when the sale persons surmise I couldn't afford to finance or lease the suv. I was told the QX60 is a luxury vehicle, so I should go to the Kia dealerships if I wanted affordable payments. With a first experience like that I'm going to another dealership and purchase a certified preowned or something fresh off lease. Don't get me wrong, it's not the dealership but that sales person. Granted, I never walked in asking for deep discounts or sweet deals. My questions was how much money do I have to put down to make my payment $171 to $172 per month. The guy did do not do me the courtesy of grabbing a calculator for 15 minutes of his time at 7:00 pm in the evening. I don't want to call names because I wasn't suppose to be smart enough to catch this off-the cuff remark. I understand these guys get paid on commission but even a person waiting table knows there is a certain amount of wooing the customer. I am not going back to get anything done. I'd rather go upstate ny.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! I went there because I talked to a woman on the phone about a specific car I was interested in with their current promotions. The person insisted it was available so she pawned me onto another sales person named Jerry, the absolute worst sales person ever. Mr. Jerry sat there and argued with me about their national sales promotion and told me I need to do my my research while being very disrespectful and condescending, not something I have ever encountered at infiniti and I thank you for it because now I have found a great deal with amazing customer service at BMW. BYE Infiniti!!!

I went there because I was emailing someone about a specific car I was interested in. The person insisted it was available and wanted me to come in to talk to her. When I got there, the person I emailed could not help me and gave me another sales person to talk to. I explained I was interested in the specific car, and they were trying to get me interested in another color. Before the sales person talked to me about the car I wanted to purchase, he immediately wanted to see what car I was trading in. I asked why he wasn't talking to me about the car I wanted to purchase, and he claimed he didn't want to waste my time. He was rude and obnoxious. What if I didn't like the car he wanted to sell me for some reason? He wasted my time. None the less, I bought the car I wanted at another dealership the same day!!!
