Actually I was the one to fix your phone we do offer a limited warranty with our replacement screens. When you brought the screen back it was physically damaged. I offered to fix your phone to the best of my ability without having to charge you for a new screen. Unfortunately the repair did not hold due to the damage and a new screen had to be put on. A limited warranty only covers manufactures defects such as blinking screen ,Bad digitizer,and Faulty LCD,Physical damage is not something that we can cover. Im sorry for your bad experience
