I would NEVER order any item form this company ever !!! What a run around to get any type of service. I order a pump from them on June 19, 2014. Took 5-7 days to receive after you fill a form, email it to them..follow up a few times to make sure they received your order Etc...Once we finely received the pump, it was defective right out of the box !
Called to inform them about the pimp being defective, they did agree to replace it with a new one. Well here we are almost 3 weeks later no pump replacement ! called them again. pump has shipped, another few days , No pump ! called them again, Oh you must email us your issue with our pump as we are only a distribution center ! Asked to talk to person that sold me pump or person that indicated it shipped last week to possibly track shipment? Answer... NO you must email all of your request. So does this mean that the 2-3 weeks we have been promised a replacement pump that nothing has been processed ? Answer !! sir please email us your issue...Is that some great customer service or what !!
I hope this review makes to the top of the food chain at their company so future customers can actually discuss an order or an issue with an order...And yes, we are still waiting just to get a status up date on our order !!!
Please if at all possible purchase from a company that you can at least count on to help the customer if they need assistance..It is not this one !!!
