If you have an urgent situation after office hours, you cannot count on Dr. Zazzali. My stepfather was a longtime patient of Dr. Zazzali and needed a prescription over the weekend. Dr. Z has no on-call service. Instead you can leave a voicemail message. He never returned the message. Never. Terrible after hours service. If you can't count on your internist in a pinch, then you deserve the lowest rating possible.
