hello, fyi, this is the worst company to do business with. etax pros are scam artist. they dont return your calls, shuts phones off in the middle of the day, and close during the week. customer service is horrible. crystal, the owner is the biggest fraud. she portray a role of sweet and lovely however, work ethic is not there.
