- Poor #10
I came at the restaurant and we are celebrating a birthday the menu said if you show a prof of birthday you get a bottle of wine i ask for the bottle and they said I have to buy one first and then the second is free
Nothing like that is saying in the menu I ask to speak to a manager or supervisor they told me they are not on duty.....
Very poor service!!!!

- Very Good #7
This used to be the spot, it's still pretty good. If you are in the mood for some good churrasco or something meaty this is the place! I always order Parrilla Gaucho which is very good, tacu tacu con pallares it's also very very good, on weekends they have specials, sometimes they have
"causa rellena" which is one of my favorite Peruvian dishes, They know how to grill the meat the right way so you will never go wrong with some parrilla order. They also have picarones as desserts which is one of my weakness. I really like the darkness of this place so i like going at night, they alsohave karaoke nights on saturdays, a lot of people in their 40s 50s, I am 24 and if you are like me you won't mind.

- Terrible #8
I ordered arroz chaufa and it was horrible! It didn't even taste like arroz chaufa. It was salty and my husband's ceviche was also salty, his portion was small it barely had any fish in it. After waiting like an hour it wasn't worth it, towards the end of us finishing we saw a cockroach walking in the wall it just killed our appetite! It was disgusting! It wasn't worth tiping $16 after the service took too long with our food and receipts... I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

A terrible experience even without eating there. They had no customer service when I called to make a reservation. The guy who answered the call was cursing and then when confronted he passed the phone to a woman who became defensive and with an attitude when questioned about their service. The food could be good but I will not go to a place where I do not get a good or very good customer service. Zero skills!!!! I have to give them 1 star even though they do not deserve any. Like I said, the food is another issue and this review is not about food but customer service.

What little service there was, was cold, indifferent and inefficient. We were invisible patrons. One of my friends got the fried steak with eggs. Steak resembled shoe leather, but wasn't quite as thick as shoe leather, appeared to be dipped in glue and breaded with fine saw dust. My other friend got steak with onions and peppers, when he ordered it medium rare, the server actually giggled a little, and then said ok and wrote it down. Same see through steak shavings, swimming in grease, tasting like grease. My paella, had the same trifecta of rubbery calmari rings, tasteless shrimp, and bland whitefish as the ceviche, which was way overpriced at 15 bucks. I will not give this place a second look, unless its to see if its still open. Terrible.
