I had a sensor that was from a previous item I purchased and the employee looks at me and says wow the alarm rings before you even come in the store ! what a turn off ! they do have great items , but me personally the customer service is what stopped me from making a purchase !

INA always has great pieces and rare finds and get new inventory all the time. One of the most important staples of NYC fashion.

VERY overpriced compared to other places. They have no sense of inventory control. I called for an item and went to purchase it the next day! They had NO idea where it was, and said they did not have it. Apparently they check their computer and are too lazy to get up and see if it is really in stock!
Seriously, do not bother. Stick with the upper east side shops who have no attitude and much better prices.
