I really love this store

Completely overpriced used clothing (think almost the same price as they would cost new), and snotty sales people... no thanks!

This is my favorite consignment store without a doubt. There's quite a few (INAS) scattered in the city, and I love shopping here for many reasons. The staff is so friendly and very honest when you ask for their opinion, and have REALLY GOOD STUFF. I consign here all the time and I always get my checks in a timely manner.

Tired of being ignored/treated poorly at this store. Not once has anyone ever offered to help me. I have shopped here several times and about 50% of the time the staff is saying negative things about someone.

I will never, ever go back to this place. The customer service was unbelievably bad and unprofessional. For starters, it smelled terrible. When we entered, the sales associate was eating smelly meatballs. The store is extremely small and even the clothes smelled like meat. There were 3 associates working in this tiny place and they were all gathered around the computer on Facebook for the entire time I was in the store. I even learned that one of them had recently been unfriended on Facebook by a guy she had sex with. She went in to unnecessary detail. I was disgusted on several levels. I don't know what kind of organization hires legal tween wanna-be's to run their store. In the meantime, I decided against a $2,500 Chanel dress because it smelled like rotting carcass and no one helped me. I ordered it online instead.
