My Dad received 2 bills from your office, in March 2016 and April 2016. One was for $28.08 which my Mom paid, but it didn't show on her banking statement until she paid the 2nd bill of $81.16 which included a past due amount of $28.08. So Mom paid that balance. Following? Lo and behold the 1st check for $28.08 WAS cashed and she paid again in the so called past due amount. She is being told your office owes her $6.00 . She has requested since May18,2016 copies of those statements and has been given the run around by the billing service and the office. So what gives? Something to hide? If not , she should expect copies within the week. Thank you.

Dr.Bachman was a pleasure! Very kind and caring. He did a wonderful job! The office is always filled and have yet to seen any disappointed patients including myself! Will be going back!

My father went to the the In-Step Podiatry two years ago. The business had a Billing Company who sent my father's claim to the secondary insurance first and then to the primary second. I kept calling them, so we could fix the problem. But the problem was never fixed. The secondary insurance kept saying that they are not responsible for the bill because the claim never went though the primary insurance first.
Two years later we got a letter from the collection agency. I drove to Old Bridge location and was told to talk to Jacky. I have no idea who is the women but she was very narrow minded. She basically told me the insurance rejected the claim and she don't want to hear about it. She never wanted to hear my side of the story and made me feel like I am a lair. I know I've called the Billing Company many times and my father's Insurance Company many times. It is not my fault the office mixed up the paperwork. The bill is not big and probably could be paid right away. However, I did not appreciate the way this women spoke to me. She raised her voice for no reason. I've never experienced this kind of behavior before. I've been trying to help my father to fix the problem and was told the best I can do is to pay the bill. My father has two insurances from his two jobs, he is a very hard working person and is entitled to use them. He is not responsible for any of the payments other than 10 dollars copay. I will stand up for my father and will not let anyone to talk to me or my father like that.
Stay away from this office. The worst experience I have ever had. We both were the patients in this office but I am taking my business else where, and I recommend that other people do the same. Rude Rude Rude

They bill me over $100 for their mistake of not processing my referral.
