I am quite shocked that this store has such a low rating compared to others on Staten Island. My experience at this store was fantastic. I came in looking for a prom dress and within an hour or two I found the perfect one. The women who helped me , Christine I believe was her name , was super nice and polite and not at all pushy like most retail workers. She picked out dresses for me to try on based on my style and was very patient as I am a very indecisive person. I also found that they have the best selection of dresses to choose from. Highly recommend !! Many of my friends from school also got their dresses here.

I just purchased a gown there and found the staff very nice and helpful.

All I did was call to see if they had a certain dress style in stock and the woman that answered the phone was rude from the beginning. I called back to speak to the manager and can hear the woman from last conversation plus the woman that just picked up the phone's whole conversation. If they don't like their job then quit but there is no need to be rude to possible customers. Horrible.

I purchased my gown, evening shoes, and bag at In Phase. they had to do alterations which cost me $180.00 extra. I made appointment to pick up gown when alterations was done. At my sons wedding when I was in the church I felt something pinching me on my back. When checked the straps that I had made for me were pinned and not sewed on. The beading on gown was all coming off. Needless to say there was nothing I could do but totally uncomfortable on my sons wedding day. I spent $1000.00 in this store. I called manager(Iona) told her my issues and she told me it was the alterations ladies (Lucy) problem. They fixed gown but no one wanted to take responsibility for what I went through. Also, I live in New Jersey so I had to drop gown off and then pick up when done. I will not recommend this store. Very unhappy customer.

HORRIBLE does not begin to explain the level of service in this "establishment". 1 star is 1 star too many. Rip off artists at its finest! I will be sending in an official complaint to the better business bureau regarding my experience. I would rather have burned the money than spend it here. There are many great places to shop, this is no one of them.
