In Napoli

My go to place for Italian, great food and staff!

Bartenders are great.. The food over the last year has really gone down hill. I always got the Delmonico for me but last 2 times it was honestly just not good. Maybe they lost their Chef? Don't know.

yesterday i visited napoli for dinner.
at night time, napoli was so antique & warm & cozy.
I and my husband had filet mignon& special chicken margarita.
filet was ok but chicken margarita was so good.
also, their salad dressing sooooooo good.
i highly recommend for ur special night ~

I visited Napoli couple of weeks ago for lunch.
i had a chicken sandwiches and it was so good.
pretty big portion for me but price was cheap.
i will definitely visit again for my lunch~~

It would be nice to say I have a local Italian restaurant that offered great food and comfortable service, but after trying In Napoli several times my search continues. While the food is "okay" (I'd expect better for the price point), the service (if one can call it that) is simply deplorable. I'm sure the restaurant staff is doing the best they can - but the owner, Florence, is what makes this place so awful. She's consistently rude to customers....from the time they call to a reservation, to the time they come in, to the time they leave. This is a service business, so anyone interacting with the public should be service- and people-oriented; the owner / management staff at In Napoli is neither of those things. She's rude, brusk, discourteous and dismissive with every interaction - even when one is coming in for something as simple as take out. Pass on this place and don't give it a second thought.
