They charge 2x other places, showed me some fake photos of another engine. Added extra charges at the end. I had to go back to my regular mechanic to reassemble the engine head cause they put it back in the wrong order. John is a massive con man, who admitted to me they were being sued in court.

Brought many of my cars here, john was very helpful in getting my vehicles back in shape, body work and mechanical work all 5 stars. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs collision or general maintenance. Hes quick and you will be happy with his work.

I have a 2014 cadillac escalade esv, got into an accident, but thanks to Impressive Autowerk they were great, specially the manager John himself is a very kind person. They give me the truck back in few days with awesome body work and fresh paint, with a FREE detail. I love this place , highly recommend.

Got a 330i and the car was over heating had a check engine light went to multiple shops and nobody could figure out the problem. I went to Impressive Autowerk and it was only a small sensor they took care of it and the check engine went away and the car runs like new now. Loved the customer service. I highly recommend going here.

took my car to them they did such a great job asked shop manger "John" to change the brakes on my BMW he suggested me the brakes have still life in them 70% i like the honesty and prices wasn't bad at all dropped me off to train station and picked me up too.i will highly recomend this place for you car repairs and i will be defiantly going to them.....
