Imports Auto Sales Inc.

Purchased a vehicle from Import Auto Sales and was not disappointed at all. Got a good deal on my vehicle and the customer service was up to par. Real easy guys to deal with and they don't try to force a sale. Would have given a 5 star but I was charged an extra 100 dollars over the Internet price and I had to call up to receive my tags (wished they would have called). Other then that I would definitely repeat business with them, they are family owned and operated and it shows because their usually all on the same page.

They should close & cease operation. I just called about an LR2. First no one was there at 10:10am, although their opening time is listed as 10am. So I called back at 10:30am & clearly caught a "salesman" unprepared. I had to force him to tell me about the vehicle after I told him I lived some 175 miles away but was seriously interested. In the pictures on their website, the vehicle clearly needs at least 2 new tires. But I was still ready to make a deal that benefitted both parties. Instead of taking me seriously, the "salesman" said "I'm not going to make you any promises... ". Promises on what? I'm trying to purchase the vehicle over the phone!!! Make the sale moron! Take every call & walk in seriously import auto. You shouldn't have to force someone to sell you a car at an auto dealership. Makes no sense. But oh well, it's their loss. Don't waste your time. There are plenty of larger more reputable dealerships not far from this bootleg place.

This is my third car, I knew every time I go there to trade my car I will get the right price for it, and get a newer one.
Sales team are so friendly giving me guidance as I was a bit hesitated what to choose, they have a wide range of models and years, so the website was a good help to initially choose from.
I got now my 2005 BMW X3 in great condition, I was surprised about the car age and how good is it.
The tyres where good, clean oil, running and shifting like new and glowing car overall. The BMW emblem was damaged and they replaced it for me, I think they love BMW and Mercedes.

My son originally went here to check out an Audi and test drive it. He did not like it and saw an Infiniti that he wanted to test drive. He was told that they had to run his credit to make sure he qualified for the car. My son told him that it is not a requirement to run credit to test drive and he had his license and that that was enough. He test drove the car and decided it was one of the contenders he was interested in and would be back. The next day he went back to drive it again. He told them that he would be back that night for the transaction and to finish up. We went back that evening. I have been in financing for 18yrs and bought all of my cars from new car dealers so I was very un-trusting when it comes to used car dealerships. Immediately I handed my business card to Mark and introduced myself. We chatted about business for a few minutes and then i told him i wanted to check out the car. The car needed 4 tires and the oil was dirty. The interior/exterior was clean as was the trunk. I told Mark that the front driver side tire has a bubble and the other tires are bald that i would need them all replaced and an oil change. He assured me it would be done by the time we picked up the car. Today I went back to finish the deal. As promised the tires were changed as was the oil. The financing was easy breezy and we were treated with respect.We were given a 90 day warranty. Mark and Steve were very accommodating and after finding out that i too was in finance it felt as if Mark and had know each other for years. I will definitely refer business to Imports Auto Sales Inc. I would have given them 5 stars if they had ran the car through the car wash and put more than 1/4 tank of gas. I will report more should anything change. On the whole we were satisfied.

NEVER I mean N E V E R buy a car from these crooks. I bought I car back in Frebruary by March it was unable to be driven. It is now September and after 1,000 spent still can't be fixed. The car was overpriced to begin with! After a few days of buying it the car would jump and a weird smell would come out through the vents. I brought it back to them and they told me that they fixed the problem by treating the gas. LIED! Do not ever buy from them. My family has previously bought from them and they completely ripped us off this time. Don't do it shady.
