We hired the staff at this location to repair my mother's 2003 Land Rover Freelander. The final repair bill came to over $2,000, only to have the problems return shortly thereafter. When we brought the vehicle back, they claimed it was another issue & charged us $100 for diagnostics. Yet, conflicting, they also told us that the problem with the Freelander is a design defect in the KV6 Engine - upon calling them back to get a statement, they refused to stand by their claim (i.e. the reason why we paid them $2000 only to have them NOT fix the problem) they refused to even to speak to us or provide the full name of their mechanic. What was to be a straightforward call, got to the point that the organizer, Jack Reynold, even sang me off the phone "Goooooood Byyyyyye". and hung up on me.
For professionals, one would expect that they would stand by their work. Furthermore, if they absolve their responsibility for NOT providing a solution for services paid, then they should have the decency to stand by that claim.
