DO NOT BOTHER GOING TO THIS PLACE. Worst place ever, 1 1/2 Months leaving the luggage there and every week they come up with an excuse, theyre either closed or they got the wrong replacement part. After weeks of waiting i just took the luggage back.

Yes this was my story. brought it in on a sunday afternoon when they didnt have the repair man inside. got a call on tuesday that the bag is ready.
Yes the inside straps was repaired and same thing with the zipper coils were reset buetifull.
