We got a quote to have an oil rubbed bronze finish applied to 250 solid brass window locks. We sent a sample of what we wanted for the finished product when we asked for the quote. We sent the hardware sets individually wrapped and got back a jumbled box of hardware that looked like it had been dumped in a tar pot and then had most of the tar burned off by a blow torch. Completely unusable. After many back-and-forths we only got a refund of half of what we had paid and had to pay another plaing company more than that to clean the pieces enough to send out to be re-plated again. Do not use these people!
