Really?? After mumbling through the security check, staff asked me if I understood English.. Then proceeded to ask if I know what Entrance and Exit means. Absolutely no professionalism. I work in the same building and will not come back again.

The staff there is great, but the professionalism of management is really poor.

What a rip off! I had to pay 4.00 for 9 minutes!!! The parking attendant at the DMV in White Plains was such a strict rigid jerk! I had to leave quickly becayse I forgot somwthing and she wouldn't budge.

Given my previous experiences with parking lots in the city, these guys are great! Both managers on site are amicable and very helping. The rest of the staff is typical NYC parking staff: To the point, a little rough on the edges, but very functional, much better then average. I recommend.
