Immedicenter

Stopped by in the afternoon to read the hours, I was in the middle of work. They have a sign in the door stating last sign in was 15 min before closing. I arrived exactly 21 min before closing which was 9pm. Doors were locked and no one in the waiting room. I called and receptionist she told me they closed the doors at 845... an obvious lie because I checked my cell phone when I noticed the doors were locked. I asked them to make an exception because I have two kids at home under 2 and want to get treated asap. I asked her to speak with the head doctor/owner Dr. Basista, from the doctors mouth he refused to see and treat me. Been going here on and off for 20 years, if they can't be counted on when you really need them then they should be bankers and not an emergency medical care center. Very unprofessional considering they are a medical facility.

Worst place for treatment , waited 2 hours. Thats was with an appointment on a week day. Not very PATIENT FRIENDLY. Unprofessional service...

I go here often. The doctors and nurses are great and the wait isn't usually bad.

It's the worst experience ever. You might not want to go there and make your sickness worse. I was taken in after 1 and a half hour. The nurse checked my height weight and BP and told me that the doctor will be in in a few minutes. The doctor never showed up. I was so weak that I couldn't sit anymore and I tilted to take some rest. I was in pain and the doctor came after 40 minutes. She was a P.A. - Katheleen. She is very nasty and does not know how to check a sick patient. She wears a cologne which make you throw up. She was so hard with checking my ears - nose - throat. She made it all more painful. Then she took the sample for the flu test and never returned. When I went out to check whats happening she was on the phone and rudely said I am coming Wait!. She needs to be humble with sick patients. She did not understand what my problem was and poked and stretched my ears and mouth. Instead of feeling better she made it worse. I would never recommend this place to anybody especially this Physician Assisstant. They make you sit for hours in the room and instead of making you feel better make it worse for you.
