This guy not only deserves no stars but if there were negative stars he deserves them. My mother contracted him to engrave a name on a headstone and it been almost a year and still he has not done the job, When called he says it will be done tomorrow but tomorrow never comes. In fact I have herd quite a few stories where he uses the same line and never delivered . Recently one of the local TV stations confronted him and he used that line , He only delivered because of the bad publicity . I understand he is ban from several cemeteries
