Never received any invoice or notice of any payment owed. Then I get a call threatening collection if not paid immediately. Really? This is how these guys do business? We should all contact our providers and complain!

These people are thieves. They do not submit claims to insurance company. Then they turn you over to a collection agency. You give the collection agency the insurance information. "They will look into it." They do not look into it. They do not file with insurance. They indicate that you defaulted and send info to all three credit bureaus. Let me say it one more time, they are thieves.

There have been menu complaints about thier billing practices. They put a bill into collections for 54$, ruining my credit by charging me twice for the same thing. Instead of reviewing a duplicate charge, they just charge thier patients without regard to thier reputation. Be aware.

Billing company is sitting on denied claims and not pursuing them. Instead they turned it over to collections and ruined my credit report. Nice.
