As you can see, the director is unprofessional and likes to deflect from the facts and truth. Take a good look at her response. Also, she's lying about being invited to my bbq. I never invited her anywhere. Lets see if she can address all of the issues I've listed in my first review.
My son lost clothing and shoes (allowed to play in muddy water)
Teachers weren't available in the mornings (caused me to get to work late)
Dirty classrooms
Shes doing exactly what she's done since the day I expressed my concerns, deflecting and rambling on about unrelated nonsense but since she's decided to mention the payment arrangement: I agreed to a monthly payment of $800/ month, to be deducted on the 1st and 15th. I asked her if the price would change, in the event there are more than 4 weeks in the month and she said no. Lol the funny thing is, bank statements don't lie. I never paid more than $800/ month. Now here she is, calling herself "educating" me on the amount of weeks that are in a month. This is the nonsense I'm talking about. There are children who are aware of the number of weeks in a month. It is common knowledge that sometimes there are more than 4 weeks in a month but it's something she finds necessary to mention, in order to deflect from the issue at hand. This is much like a politician smh and I have no patience for it. Stick to the facts.
I've edited this review to respond to this deranged woman's idiotic comment beneath this review. I have her emails to prove how disgusting she really is. The refund didn't prompt my feedback. Your disrespectful tone of email did. Also, I have no reason to lie about my child's treatment while at your center. You're telling me to contact you, since this isn't the proper way to discuss the issue, yet didn't return my call and you keep replying on the review! Quit while you're ahead Alisha. Your daycare is horrible and there's another review from another parent on Yelp. She described the treatment of her infant. You're still rambling on about a refund! My issue isn't about the refund, genius. It's about your lack of management of the daycare center and your nasty, unprofessional attitude. You are lying about not offering to pay for my son's muddy belongings but that's okay. Your service will speak for itself. Keep replying..... lol@ "Happy holidays". You couldn't have been more insincere.... More irrelevance and sarcasm. Lol My "baby father"....Good one. Maybe you should get yourself a baby father, so that you can actually carry and birth a child of your own. Then you'll have a better understanding of where I'm coming from. Since you don't and probably never will, I have to be the bigger woman and try to understand where you're coming from. That being said, take care and keep up the good work :)

I was very unhappy with the overall experience my son and I had, during his time at this daycare. I signed up to drop my son off in the mornings at 7:30 so that I can get to work on time. When my son and I arrived, there was only 1 teacher there with at least 4 crying infants and about 5 toddlers who were running around the classroom. I had to call the director many times to ask her if another teacher was coming in because I felt uncomfortable leaving my son with 1 caregiver and all of those other children. I had to call my boss to let her know that I'd be late and it became so constant that my boss knew exactly why I was going to be late. It was ridiculous. She would suggest to me " maybe you should find a better day care for your son if this place can't seem to meet your needs". She was absolutely correct.
The teachers were very nice and really did their best but I feel that the school wasn't managed properly. Even the level of cleanliness was below average. I contacted the director about that as well. The teachers allowed the children to play in the playground and sometimes they'd have "water play", during the summer, which was fine.....until the day I picked my son up in muddy clothes. He had been playing in muddy water. Everything was soaked, including his sneakers. The director mentioned to me that she'd reimburse me for these items but I was too annoyed to accept. My son wasn't kept clean throughout the day and he even had on no underwear when I picked him up on 1 occasion. The teacher (who was very polite) tried to explain to me that this was the best way to potty train him, mind you he had on jeans! My routine after picking up my son was as follows: go straight home to bathe him. There was no way I could take him anywhere after picking him up because he was never clean enough.
Again, very nice teachers but the place needs management. I'm sorry but being polite just isn't enough when it comes to caring for children. You need to know what you're doing and you can't cut corners. There needs to be a manager in the office at all times, willing to answer parent questions, oversee staff, ensure cleaning, etc.

My son went to center for nine months. At best, this facility is average. The people who are responsible for the children seem to care for them which is very good. I would give them a better review if it weren't for the director. She is very unprofessional. I authorized them to take payment automatically bi-weekly and I was overcharged due to this. When I brought it to her attention, she would avoid my calls and took over two months (and still waiting) to give me my refund and also charged me a "no fault refund process fee," which is ridiculous. There are better facilities in the area that offer a better service and are more professional.
