We hired the image makers to work my daughters Bat Mitzvah. We had 90 people - 45 children age 13 and under. I paid in full before the event took place - I opted for the Full package- unlimited photos, key chains etc.
The two girls who worked the party kept taking 15 minute breaks. They said it was to catch up on printing, promised adults and children they would take pictures after one of their breaks, but they closed up. tried using excuse that they do not take pictures during certain times, like cake presentation and candle lighting etc.. Yet we have on video they closed when they choose, not at those times. When I first booked them , my party was larger than it had turned out to be. They could not handle the pictures they took, never mind if we were the 120 people we were originally going to have, rather than the 90 we ended up having. The never brought key chains- very unprofessional: did not bring the materials promised, could not handle the printing and made promises they could not deliver. When I called to complain, the man whom i spoke to - said to give him the names of the people who wanted key chains and he would print them, As a consumer, I am gong to speak to all of my 90 guests and say did you get your key chain? In addition the man who worked for the Image makes would be able to tell who my Au -pair is from germany? One ridiculous excuse. lie etc after the other. We eventually got the disk with the photos that they took, but this should have been included in the beginning contract - my mistake. In the past year - we have gone to numerous Bar and Bat mitzvah's and 1 sweet 16. Photos like this are at every party. This was the worst company yet - look else where!!!!!!! May 2013
