Image Makers has been a local business for almost 32 years and has been told by hundreds of our loyal customers that they would never shop anywhere else for their printing or signage needs because of the quality, care and customer service they receive. Image Makers employees have years of experience in these fields and have stayed with the company for decades. We believe a company cannot survive so long without outstanding customer service offering high quality work at reasonable prices. One thing we have learned over the years is that no matter how hard you try, there are some people you just cannot please but in the end, we thankfully have many, many customers who are a pleasure to work with and who are loyal to only us. Without the support of these people, Image Makers would not be the best local printing and sign shop in the area since 1984.

If I could leave no stars i would. I have previously ordered from the owner Gino in the past and he was somewhat helpful. It was time to order shirts and sweatshirts again for my business. I had gone in there and Gino was in a rush as always, not taking much time to let me decide on numbers or color or style for my order so I specifically told him to just do EXACTLY what he did previously that he has on file for me. Mind you, Gino is NOT cheap. You pay more than most local printing places that my other friends in the business pay. Long story short, when the sweatshirts came in they were extremely disappointing. The sweatshirts were supposed to be all red, hanes just as they had been last time. I had gotten some cheaper quality with crappy stitching, and the hoods were grey inside. Now, Instead of Gino calling me to make sure that it was okay that he went ahead and printed the shirts with something totally different, including a different color, he just printed them. When I went to pick them up he was angry, nasty and not helpful when I explained that I was not happy with how he went ahead and had something completely different. I had called him back and fourth to see if there was something he can do and he continued to tell me there was nothing that could be done. He also told me for being the way I was, that I was no longer welcome in his store. I am disgusted at his professionalism and his bedside manners. He is not a business man. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Save yourself the trouble.
