The worst experience I ever had. regret on buying a groupon. Asked to cut ends a little cause I like the length and it took me a while to grow it! Without even showing me how much he want to cut, he cut it like 3 inches!!! And like it was all good.
when I was shocked, they just switched with presumably the owner who did the dry and kept saying.. its not bad, you look nice.
I didnt ask for short hair!!

Not satisfied at all. They ripped me off with cheep hair products. I've been doing the same thing for 10 years and today I came here and they tried over price me. This salon seems to only be good for wash and blows. Not color or other chemical processes. Their not even sanitary brushes are full of nasty hair, and there blow dryers are covered in tape. This will be my last time here. Definitely not professional.

While they aren't as expensive compared to come places, they do do a good job when it comes to certain things. I've been going there for at least 4 years for a wash cut and blow and usually never have a complaint. Dyed my hair a few times and highlighted it they did a good job with that especially when I dyed it back to my natural color. Didn't have to redye it. Perms on the other hand aren't as great especially if you have very thick hair medium length to long hair. Other than that they aren't a bad place. Just wish they spoke better English.
