I have had great success after meeting with Ilyse. Not only is she personable and grounded but extremely knowledgable. I can still eat the foods that i want and lose weight! She helped to correct many of my bad habits (not fueling up before workouts, not eating at the correct parts of the day). She has always been accessible when I have had questions. Since meeting with her I have lost weight and enjoyed the process. Most importantly to me, I never feel like I am dieting!
