Look, I knew that I wanted to be a part of I Love Kickboxing before I ever joined. Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Tae-Bo---the martial arts---they’ve always been awe-inspiring to me. The idea alone that there would be this center for training right in my back yard was enough. The first day I stepped inside the studio I saw people of all shapes and sizes getting fitted in their gloves and ready for training. My excitement then was on ten. My own first training day was uber-hype—well, maybe that’s an understatement. The music kept you revved to go and each and every one of the trainers were diligently dedicated to your form and enthusiasm. It truly was and has been an awesome experience. Today, on the day that we celebrate the life and memory of Muhammad Ali, I dedicate 74 days to I Love Kickboxing in the name of Ali’s personal life commitment to his desire, his dream and his vision. This is for all of the change agents from ILKB to the boxing rings and in the streets. Thank you all.
