I recently joined I Love Kickboxing because of my lack of motivation at a traditional gym. From the moment I walked into the Franklin Square location, I knew my life would change. Not only did the staff greet me like I was family, joining and actually getting started was easier than I could have ever imagined. The I Love Kickboxing community at this location is more supportive than any other workout group I've been a part of, and everyone is always welcomed and pushed to reach their absolute potential. The workouts are intense, but my body thanks me after every session. I already feel stronger and more confident, and I've officially found my love for working out.

From the moment my mom and me stepped into ilovekickboxing studio in franklin square we felt right at home. Anna and Essence were both so welcoming and took time with my mom and me during the first class to teach us all the basic moves. We loved our first class so much that we signed up to become members. The trainers are great and they really push you to get the most you can out of each class. I love how they have different themes as well such as the hawaiian luau. Ive gone from being a couch potato to kickboxing every time im off from work and i cant get enough. All thanks to my new found kickboxing family for keeping me motivated.

My daughter and I recently joined the ILKB family in Franklin Square, NY and we couldn't be happier. They made us feel welcome from the first moment we walked in. Anna stayed with us during the class to help us learn the move for the first time. we got a great workout and lots of encouragement from the staff. Afterwards, Anna sat with me to explain the memberships and Steve sat with my daughter. We both signed up and have already been bitten by the kickboxing bug! It's THE place to be to get in shape!!

I couldn't be happier with my membership at ILovekickboxing-Franklin Square. Classes are challenging yet fun. The atmosphere is clean, positive and welcoming. The instructors are always exciting and very motivational! Highly recommended if you're looking for a place to have fun and get fit!!!

I just started going here about three weeks ago and at first I was on debate as I had heard some reviews about others facilities and the instructors not being nice, but here it is the complete opposite. They know everyone by name and push you so you want to keep going. The first week I was sore but now I want to go everyday.

This is a beautiful facility!! The staff here is AMAZING with some really awesome energy and great attitudes. This place will help you get into the best shape of your life and you will love every minute of it with the fast paced and fun workout! I LOVE Kickboxing, that is for sure.
