I love kickboxing has greatly impacted me and my life. Through their dedication, their strength training, and cardio course, I was able to lose 35 lbs in about a year. I have kept it all off, and they are there with me every step of the way. Every single person cares about you, and motivates each person based on their own personal goals. They know each member by name and personally welcome you to each class. I have seen people of every age and body type come in and love every class. I have been a part of I love kickboxing for a year and half, and I love every minute of it.

The place is clean and music is great, this definitely helps on motivating you to get better and stronger, I also love how energetic the instructors are.
