I have been taking classes here for about 4 months and always look forward to my next workout. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. The classes are fun and the workouts are challenging but not difficult for a new student. I recommend these classes for anyone looking to get in shape and have fun doing it while accomplishing your personal fitness goals.

I love this place, it's fun yet challenging. I've been here a month and lost 13lbs and counting. The instructors are awesome and upbeat. Never a dull moment! I wanted to lose more weight to get faster for my 2nd Nyc marathon and I can feel myself getting better and stronger every time I go !!

I am currently training for half ironman. Between all the endurance training whether I'm biking swimming and running. This is good class to suplement the much need strength and core workout I need. You will sweat in this class! The first 15 minutes is high intensity workout continous burpees, pushups, planks then you go into punching a bag. The instructors are good. They make sure your form is right and very approachable. I highly recommend!

Definitely worth every penny. I originally signed up for a few classes but after taking my first class and having one of the best workouts of my life, I decided to get a membership. Classes actually get me to work out, sweat and feel accomplished-- more than I would feel going to a regular gym. Definitely worth a try if you are interested in working-out, losing weight, or just wanting an atmosphere that pushes you to do your very best. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

This place is AWESOME. I decided to try kickboxing because I need to do something active and engaging to get fit. My first class was at 6:30am - and I am by no means a morning person. But my life really has changed since I've started coming here. I actually wake up excited at 5:30 am to get to classes which is such a change from my usual waking up at 930 for work. But I feel so much better throughout the day. I was going to the gym for a while and not seeing any changes in my body but in the few weeks that I've been coming here I've lost a few pounds and I just feel generally awesome!
The trainers are so enthusiastic, encouraging and helpful. There are certain exercises that I cannot do at all because of lower back pain and they are great about modifying them to make them less painful for me. And they never make me feel bad for not being able to keep up with certain exercises or having to do them differently. It is also very apparent that they love what they do and their enthusiasm makes me push myself even more.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to have fun while getting fit. The staff is awesome, the studio is clean and orderly, and you will have the time of your life!
