iLoveKickboxing has really made a difference in my life. I joined because my previous was boring and just wasn’t cutting it however, at iLoveKickboxing I am more motivated to accomplish my weight loss goals. The staff here is great! They are very friendly and they push you to keep going. They offer a variety of classes and no 2 class are the same; trust me I come here 4 times per week. Stephanie, Liz, John and Mike will definitely change your life one way or another!

ILKB Bayside has made such a positive impression on me. I bought the Groupon for classes but then ended up joining after my first class. I usually get bored with the gym and other fitness classes, but ILKB is different. The staff is AMAZING! The instructors are the sweetest people with your best interest at heart. Their workouts are tough and they push you to be in the best shape possible. I noticed that I've been able to do more and more with each class I take so that grueling hour of cardio kickboxing is really worth it. They also always make sure you have the right form when throwing kicks and punches, which I extremely appreciate.

For the past year, I've been taking classes consistently with all of the instructors and I love them all--even the most recent additions! They throw themed parties/events all the time and it makes the studio feel more like a community. Aside from the instructors being awesome, the members at Bayside are completely dedicated and fun to be around! I absolutely do not regret joining and I always look forward to class. I highly recommend it to anyone willing to try something new, needing to relieve stress, or just looking to change up their work out routine.

I transferred to ILKB Bayside from ILKB Astoria about 6-7 months ago. I've now been going to ILKB for about 14 months total and I have to say it is absolutely the BEST workout I've ever done. I've done a ton of group classes in the past, however this workout is never boring and always challenging. I've seen the best results as far as toning and overall strength. If you're looking for a full body workout PLUS a great way to get some frustrations out, sign up for a few classes and check it out! I guarantee you'll be hooked!

I absolutely LOVE iLoveKickboxing. The classes are amazing! At the end of class, you are drenched in sweat! The staff is super friendly and encouraging. They explain everything to you so you understand it. I would definitely recommend iLoveKickboxing to others!!

I have been a member of Ilovekickboxing-bayside for about a year and half now. Prior to becoming a member here, I had tried many other types of gyms and other fitness programs but nothing had kept me motivated, encouraged, and obsessed like ilovekickboxing has. The results I have personally seen here after just a few weeks were greater than what I had seen doing other types of bootcamps. The workout itself is unlike any other. The feeling you get after you complete the full hour class is truly amazing. You feel a sense of accomplishment. The instructors are ALL amazing people. Not only are they professional, but they are caring and very motivating. It's like a family and that's what I love most about it.
