You will not be interrupted. Like Risoto? It will be perfect without ever trying too hard. Want a delicious wine you have never tried before? It will be available. The owners clearly love service and food. And they reveal this in the best quality ingredients for their food and the best training for their wait staff. Il gattopardo is the epitome of hospitality. Never showy, but always incredibly good. The best clams with linguini, the best white asparagus, the best eggplant parmasagna, the best mushroom risotto. And not because they have created some radical new take on the dish. Always because they have found a way to go back to its very original roots and intensify and balance what made the dish incredible from the beginning. The same three ingredients it has always been, but by technique and sourcing they make it a revelation.
