There is not one bad dish at this place. I personally love seafood, and they have a selection here that'll make your head spin lol. go for the grilled octopus

Nice bar, food is pretty good. I go here when Aunt Bellas is full and I have to have Italian.

Il Bacco in Littleneck has it all! Joe O, the owner/host is awesome. Dapper, charming and a perfect host. As soon as you enter this italian palazzo restaurant you are there as a friend/guest/ and client. Joe goes out of his way to make sure your dining experience will be perfect. Il Bacco has three stories including an enclosed roof top dining area which is used for special occasions i.e. disco night, cigar night, business meetings etc.The food at Il Bacco is simply fabulous with traditional italian favorites as well as specials. I love the dish of peppers, cheese and italian salami that is set out on your table to begin your meal. My wife and I love their fish dishes, pasta, chicken and veal.
The portions are large and taste even better the next day. On our last visit we had a caesar salad, Veal Parmegiana, and pasta. When it comes to fine, authentic italian food, Il Bacco is as good as it gets. The restaurant also has beautiful, always busy bar and a thoroughly professional wait staff who make ordering and enjoying your meal easy. Highly recommended, and a perfect place to celebrate a special occasion like Xmas or New Years Eve. Valet parking makes it easy to enjoy your evening.

Been going to IlBacco for twenty years. Joe makes everyone feel like they are his best friend. Food and service are consistently good. Try the chicken/veal parmigiana. The best on Long Island.
