IHOP

This IHOP is a very popular spot. I'm usually here on a Sunday, which is probably one of their busiest day. The servers are friendly, even when it's chaotic.

Worst service they should be out of business, workers are rude and unprofessional. I just walked out of there, asked for hot chocolate and it was cold as ice they took it back then it was only warm, then we were told they don't have time for that like really? Asked for manager and he was babbling and allowed us to walk out. I hate this IHOP and it should be closed down.

I look up the hours of operation for ihop, central park ave location says they close at 2am, but when we arrive at 1 130pm they are closed??? Dont waste my time coming here.

I don't know how this location stays in business. With unhappy staff and mediocre food paired with uncomfortable seating, this is a terrible place to visit. Also, bad business practices.

If I would be able to rate it below a one star, I would.
I used to be the person who never really payed attention to reviews,
but after this experience, I realized I should have.
1. The service is horrible. They are just incompetent.
There is no expression or emotion on their faces. I know it's IHOP, but it doesn't matter.
You are working for a living. You are the employee who needs to meet a customer's needs.
2. The amount of time you have to wait for food is outrageous.
This goes back to customer service (a.k.a. number one ^). I asked my waiter for a bottle
of ketchup and he never gave it to me. I had to ask another waiter for ketchup and they finally (after 10 more minutes on top of 10 minutes waiting for the other waiter to bring me ketchup) gave me a ketchup bottle.
3. The food finally arrived and it wasn't even cooked right.
It was too burnt. My burger wasn't even cooked the way I had asked. The food was just below mediocre.
I had to wait at least 5 or 6 minutes for my group (of four) to be seated.
I, as well as others that will review or have reviewed this place, am urging you to not eat at this place. No matter if you have been traveling and want to stop for a bite, or you're either looking for a place to eat out, don't eat at this IHOP.
Please take these reviews seriously.
