IHOP

I have been coming to this IHOP for the last 36 years and it has been great service, good food and nice atmosphere.........

Manager was extremely rude !! It's Veterans Day and I'm a veteran had my proof and all. But because I was on my way to work and couldn't really " sit down" to eat my red , white , and blue pancakes the manager told me " if you can't sit then you must leave we can't serve you!" I called cooperate and complained and for a hold of the district manager for this ... What a rude individual

Horrible service. And my mozzarella sticks were cold inside. -_-

This is horrible place. They don't value customers & food was uncooked.
* We ordered food for take out. We live less than a mile from this IHop 111 Route 17 S. When the food reached home, we all sat to eat and to our surprise both the soup lids were broken or may be melted with heat. The Chicken Fajitha, we ordered were not cooked properly. The chicken inside the Fajitha were half cooked...I couldn't eat it. I had one or two bites and now my tummy seems upset.
*My husband went to get that take out from the restaurant and the person on the counter was busy staring at the phone and behaved as if he didn't see him. (He is not the usual guy). Later another lady came around and tried to get him off the phone and tell him that someone is waiting. But the response all together was as if they don't want to do this business or didn't care at all. If they didn't want to work y did they take the order, we would have one somewhere else.

Online and on Google maps, both say it's open 7 days 7am to 12am, we get there Tuesday night at 1030pm. Not only does the entrance say only open 7am to 12am on Fridays all other days closes at 10pm, but the entrance door is unlocked with at least 1 employee inside. Just a suggestion, if your closed, locked the door.
